If I need to speak with a customer service agent at the 800 number, I usually don't have to wait very long. They have been very helpful and friendly.
The only error that I have encountered was when we requested a 42(t), 5 year withdrawal for $100,000/year, someone put $100/year instead. That's a big mistake, taking almost 2 hours on the phone to correct. That makes me a little uneasy about the firm.
As long as it doesn't happen again, I'll stay with Fidelity.”

Since my experience with paychecks I have turned my review around! It turns out the owner and people that work for paychecks are fair people! And I greatly appreciate it. This is my first time owning any type of business. I don't know what I'm doing so. Therefore I feel like the sales agent. I talked to took advantage of that. But since then said sales agent does not work for the company anymore.
Prior to my issue.
Which doesn't surprise me because person that went after anybody just to get the sale. When I do know what I'm doing. I will be back to do business with paychecks. I really appreciate you guys spending your rules because of my ignorance. Thank you so much I really appreciate it!! You guys have turned a angry customer into somebody.
