I have worked with many financial institutions over the years, and they are by far the most difficult. Depositing money is easy, withdrawing money needs an act on congress. Recommend that you consider alternative institutions.

I plan on moving my account from Fidelity as soon as I can. When you talked to them your never get the same answer twice. They record all calls but good luck proving they lied.

I put money into this account however when you need to wire money they will scold you and also if you move they will tell you that they cannot give you your money. It is a NIGHTMARE working with this bank.

This review is representative of Fidelity Investments Corporate. I believe this company is incompetent and the lack of transparency is concerning. If you are considering having your corporate 401k accounts managed by Fidelity, this is your warning. After settling all of the accounts of my deceased mother in about 30 days, I'm finally getting her tiny 401k account with Fidelity resolved almost a year later. As my mother's trustee, beneficiary and executor, Fidelity attempted to deter the resolution of this account time after time. They are either completely incompetent or worse. I have begun a social media fact-finding mission to determine the number of others with similar experiences and the results are scary. Much more to come in the recent months ahead.

unbelievable the time I had to put in and still no access to my money! Flynn blocked acct bc I had to ask many times: I signed up for free account which they now charge, also pls revert access and send debitcARD. Spent another 30 min talking to 2 ppl, Christina cust. response asked questions I had prev. answered or interrupted me, then hung up.- They should send debitcard without asking. thinking about moving to better bank. they gift 1000s now elsewhere, and respond to messages!

I have been attempting to transfer my own money between accounts. It has been 30 days and still no transfer, you have to go thru an act of god to work with these people. They are too large with too many departments and red tape to go thru. Go elsewhere! No one ever returns calls !! I have been to the office on four occasions and ask is there anything else to fill out ? No we are good. Good ? Thats why I’ve been four times , still no transfer!

The worst customer service i ever seen in my life. The front desk didn’t know anything about the services they just kept asking the same questions. They gave me zero answers.

I deal with their 800 number. They are great and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 is sometimes they don’t have good broker cd rates. The last year they have gotten me some great rates. Why deal with a branch when you can do it on the phone.

Too bad I had to give them one star as they deserve zero stars. Once they get your money, you will never be able to communicate with them again. I was on hold yesterday for 38 minutes and just before the clock hit 39 I was cut off. They made errors that caused me to loose money and they told me to take a hike. Don't make the same mistake I did.
