David was very helpful in figuring out issues and concerns with replacing a card, offering suggestions and working through the problem with enthusiasm and respect. I’m not sure if he’s the manager, but he should be.

I arrived at this branch with an issue with my checking account and was greeted by Sandy and Shea. A short wait later was taken care of by Sandy and she was extremely helpful and my issue was fixed. I left this Chase branch very relieved and pleased with their customer service.
