This is my favorite hardware store.Additional review: I have returned to town after the hurricane and I'm thrilled to see Gavin's is still here and is thriving even more than before. Plenty of employees were circulating to help me with all the small parts and big items needed to put my house back together. “I think this is a great franchise. I mainly shop at Fort Myers store and only wish I was younger and handier so I could buy a lot more! Of note is the recent phone call I got from the district manager Anna, regarding the shortage of a product I have been trying to buy for several months. Somehow, I tracked her down and got a message to her and was surprised she responded. She promised to help me secure the product when it becomes in stock. That’s Customer Service!”
