There was no one around to run the forklift when the Richelieu truck came in, so I jumped on (certified but have never driven ours, or any in over 12years). The driver was so kind and patient to take time to help guide me in maneuvering the forks to get the pallet off the truck. I appreciated it so much because I was very nervous. In this day and age when everyone is so worried about the timing of every task, it was nice to see someone who was this patient and not at all frustrated by me taking three times longer than the normal offloading of product. “Wow, what a change in pace from my recent visit to the new Home Depot on Three Oaks Parkway. I went in for mailbox keys as HD employees were useless as per my post of today. Employees greeted me, took me back to the key station. Made my keys. On the way out I noticed the depth of products they offer and wound up buying some additional items. The check out lady was great. All employees were helpful and friendly. From now on we will go here. Customer service is the key. Their prices seem in line with most places so if even they are higher on some things, getting the help and advice is so well worth it vs dealing with unengaged employees at the new HD.”
“Ordered a part number on their website, I needed four bolts and the part number looked like it came with two bolts so I ordered two quantities of that part number. Unfortunately the part number only came with one bolt so I only got two bolts, I contacted the customer service and David immediately took care of me and saw how it might have looked confusing and they fixed it. “Milwaukee service center for Fort Myers metropolitan area. Next closest is Port Charlotte.Do yourself a favor and buy your Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. here. Same prices but a local business. Good people.Walked in with two Milwaukee 12Ah and one 9 Ah batteries that needed to be warrantied. Can't ship the batteries as a consumer, too much lithium. Walked out with a new Milwaukee 2441-20 (caulk gun) that was ON THE SHELF and same price as the big box store. They have tons of inventory - I'm partial to Milwaukee but they have Bosch, Makita, and DeWalt sitting on the shelf. They also had lots of consumables, hardware, hand tools, and other miscellaneous stuff.Fantastic store. Wish I'd known about them sooner.”

Why would anyone EVER go to the big box stores like Lowes or HD. I gave them my order, they picked up all the lumber and brought it out to my trailer. Even helped me load it.
