Update, I came here to see what’s going on with my address, the staff is actually very friendly and helpful.I was upset that all my packages got returned, but they are helping me out so it doesn’t happen again.

Had to wait in line to get a form, fill it out and then get back in line to turn it in. Employees were friendly.

Homeless people everywhere and snake oil salesmen hit you up for $ before and after you go inside. Filthy parking lot and sidewalks. What an embarrassment for Sanford and the USPS.
