“I was stranded with back tire busted and rim cracked. The owner of this tire business personally helped me get me back to the road. He somehow got the right size tire (that was so difficult as I have a high performance Alfa Romeo) and then put some epoxy to get the leak fixed. I safely reached home. This place and the crew are amazing ?”

“**Updating my review because this place is really on their P's and Q's when it comes to customer service. Meaning they take good care of you! Following my initial review, I was contacted about my concerns by Raphael and he made sure to walk thru and review each concern. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied following the detailed tune up. My mufflers were aligned and the gap was closed. I was happy with their work and will recommend this location because their customer service is top tier..especially for a car service shop.------original review:Following an accident where I was sandwiched between two cars, I figured it was a good place to take my car for repairs.Customer service is good. Especially Lisa at the front desk. Very friendly. Getting my rental was a breeze. Although I requested text updates, I had to call and request updates. No biggie. “2012 Toyota Sequoia Limited 4WD - I needed driveline services, called for a quote, and then made an appointment. The visit took under an hour to service the rear differential, transfer case, front differential, and automatic transmission. The cost was just over $100 with tax. During the visit I had the pleasure of talking with Bill and was able to discuss how my fluids looked and future plans for service. There are 2 guys at the shop and it was one of the cleanest facilities, I have had the pleasure to find for servicing my Sequoia.”

“These guys went above and beyond!! I had an issue with my water pump the first time which they fixed. Shortly after that something happened with what they had worked on in the car was sent back to them. Not only did they fix it under warranty with no issues. They also fixed my seat that had been broken at no extra charge. They did not even tell me I just picked up the vehicle and everything was fixed. That was an incredible surprise I am so thankful to have taken my vehicle to this place their customer service is A1. I highly recommend this company for any vehicle with your friends and family. “I would have given 5 stars, but here is why...we broke down at the gas station next to the auto shop. My partner went over to ask for some help, and was denied. The guy behind the counter, short with facial hair, wouldn't do anything. Finally I went over to purchase 2 battery terminal heads, and a wire brush. A different guy helped me and was very friendly and helpful. We had been stuck in our vehicle for over 2 hours, with our 2 Shepherds, we had just left the vet. I guess I had to buy something to make them happy! Luckily we are only in Dade City once a year.”

“I noticed a broken screw in my tire last night. Used Google maps and found the shop just a few miles from my new home here in San Antonio. Brought it in first AM and the service was great. Alan determined the screw was not fully puncturing the tire and was only in 2 threads of the screw. He Removed it, retested for leak using soap water , and sent me away with no charge. Thank you Alan and Brody for your honesty and integrity!”
