“I had the pleasure to interact with Deli manager, Theresa in reference to a Bogo offer and empty bogo shelves. Empty Bogo shelves is a common thread at this particular Publix.
I would like to commend Deli Manager, Theresa. She is truly an asset to your corporation. This particular Publix store at 1700 34th St. North needs a complete management overhaul. Theresa has many positive management qualities and deserves to hold the Store Management title. In past interactions with Publix managers, at this store, Theresa, by far, is the only manager who EVER went above and beyond to address my concerns. Theresa exceeded all expectations. She took the time to listen, engage, walk me to the empty shelf, and confirm next shipment etc etc. She followed up with a phone call the following day. Managers in the past, at this store, simply pawned me off to an employee.
Whenever I visit this public store, I find a flock of managers standing around talking and laughing away. I fail to comprehend why managers (with the exception of Theresa) at this store fail to step up and help employees, especially at busier times. Instead of managers standing around laughing and talking amongst one another update your software system in reference to inventory, jump in and help an employee. bogo deals and empty shelves at Publix 1700 34th street N. is a constant. It is extremely time consuming to continuously stop in for advertised Bogo deals only to find empty shelves. I can almost guarantee, if deli manager Theresa is promoted to store Manager at Publix 1700 34th St., North, Empty shelves would be a thing of the past.

“I went to get my flu and pneumonia vaccines for the year and I have to say, making an appointment online was so easy and quick. I arrived on time and presented my ID & Insurance card and was directed to the seated waiting area. They were very busy and I waited probably 20 or so minutes give or take. I wasn't in any hurry so I waited patiently until there was a break in the action behind the counter. Then I was promptly attended to and kindly given my vaccines. I would recommend Walgreens Pharmacy for anyone needing their annual vaccinations”

“Overall a nice pharmacy & employees are probably the nicest I’ve encountered in a cvs pharmacy. Once they have seen you more than once they are quick to greet & be helpful treat you like a mom&pop pharmacy! Head pharmacist Brian as well as pharmacists John,Benton & Boris are very helpful & work with me on refills. Due to my drs location,my work and home being in distance but close to this shop they try to accommodate. I had issue where I had believed I was shorted but in hindsight was my own error due to my rushed hectic mom/work schedule & felt very badly having accused these wonderful folks of my mistake not theirs! Always busy but they make the time & when you’re in a true rush be kind& patient- they work really hard!”

“My grandfather rushed from out of town to take care of me following an auto accident. I almost went somewhere else because of the reviews, but decided not to let other peoples negativity impact their chance. Phenomenally helpful. I needed pain meds for the broken bones, no issues at all. My Grandfather needed multiple meds he forgot to bring with him, the pharmacist Au Dieu even helped in calling his doctors and labs to get new scripts. They could not have done a better job, the speed and care was way above expectation. Don't believe everything negative you read.”

“This is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever been to! The owner is there all the time, knows my family by name and has even stayed open late so that we could pick up a prescription for an ill family member. Mr Baydoun is knowledgeble, thorough, and exceedingly kind. His prices are very reasonable and he has a wide variety of items that he carries. If he doesn't have it, he will find a way to get it for you! Baydoun pharmacy is an absolute rare GEM in a sea of big name, impersonal and uncaring pharmacy businesses!”
