“It took me a while to discover this location but since I have realized what value and ease shopping there is for my family I am a regular. Although a more budget friendly store than anywhere else carrying name brand items, Winn Dixie consistently has a great selection of higher end products including a great assortment of foreign foods, frozen products, even a good variety of salami and hard cheeses. This location, in particular, also excels at carrying a few things that are difficult to find in other stores: the store branded salt free potato chips are amazing, a great variety of caffeine free sodas, and I almost always can find a ripe or almost ripe avocado there!Their normal prices are fantastic and competitive and if you are patient and watch the app for a points bonus you are getting up to 10% off (in future store credit). I try to only buy branded convenience foods when on sale and so often Winn Dixie's sale price is up to half off while the closest competitors are offering $1-2 off. For something like a California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza that's universally priced at $11-12 dollars that represents a great savings!Beyond the incredible value and manageable size of the store what really gets me coming back is the incredible friendliness of the front end employees. Antionette perfectly balances welcoming and chatting with customers with efficiently ringing the order and bagging the groceries. It's truly a lovely way to start the day when I stop by and she's working. Everyone else has been great too; whether busy or not they always have a friendly word to say and remind me to put my rewards number in when I'm busy in "mom mode" talking about why we might not be buying candy on that shopping trip ;-). Thanks to everyone for being my favorite local grocery store!”
“I went to the south McRae pharmacy for my Covid 19 vaccination. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me. The location is very convenient and the store is small but they have everything you could need. It very neat. I didn't have to wait long either. Great place to pop in too and avoid the long lines of big store pharmacies.”

“I have yet to have a bad experience here. I'm generally figuring out where things are in the store and I always end up where a store employee notices my confusion and guides me in the right direction. They are always polite and helpful. If I had any bad comment to make is that there never seems to be enough employees, cashiers in particular. I'm not sure if they are weeding them out and replacing with machines (self checkout) or what. Publix use to comment on how they cared about the employees and their employees own the stock in the store. Are they now partnering with IA instead of flesh and blood?”

“I had my first visit to a chiropractic office yesterday. I've had 50 years of traditional orthopedic treatment for my low back pain. Too many injections to remember, too many visits to physical therapy. So I thought I would try something different for this episode of back pain. I picked Sea Change completely by chance and because it was near St. Pete bagels. I received an appointment within two days. I was in the waiting room about 30 seconds before being called. I was educated on what was going to happen at this visit and in the goal of chiropractic treatment as a whole. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I also felt great leaving the office. This was not my first "adjustment". Some Physical Therapists call it "mobilization". But Chiropractor's do it much more aggressively. And I think it worked great......I woke up this morning without any low back pain. 1st time in 8 weeks. I was warned that I might have increased pain this morning because my body went through so much adjustment. No so! I feel great. Going back tomorrow morning for a follow up. If feeling this good means I need multiple visits, so be it. I'll just have more bagels.”
