If you want excellent customer service and someone who innately strives to do the best job they can go see this person to help you with your battery needs. I called because my son’s power wheels wasn’t functioning (not battery related!) and he tinkered and troubleshooted and fixed it! I witnessed him intermittently caring for other customers at the same time and he was just so dutiful it honestly gives you hope for the next generation to see such smart, sweet and hardworking people such as Zach. “I am a motorhead and the craziest this I noticed is that when other stores such as Advance Auto, Autozone etc, doesn't have parts in stock, O'Reilly does! Once again thet came through with a brake caliper that I needed for my Mustang GT. Everyone else had a 2 day or so wait and boom, O'Reilly had it in stock. My go to place for parts Sometimes I wonder why even bother checking the other guys.”
