“I have been in the area enough years to have to purchase multiple batteries for my average model sedan from the likes of Sears/Walmart/etc... NOT ONE battery has lasted more than a month or two beyond its warranty. Not able to purchase a department store price, I stopped in to check out The Battery Exchange. A gentleman by the name of Will saw me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and fifty bucks, including testing my existing battery, installing the new battery, and all with great customer service!! While the warranty is good for 90 days, if luck and the universe prevails, it may last a few years! I'm willing to take that chance and thankful for a great experience!”

“This location happens to be blessed by an extremely talented, hardworking young man named Zach. If you want excellent customer service and someone who innately strives to do the best job they can go see this person to help you with your battery needs. I called because my son’s power wheels wasn’t functioning (not battery related!) and he tinkered and troubleshooted and fixed it! I witnessed him intermittently caring for other customers at the same time and he was just so dutiful it honestly gives you hope for the next generation to see such smart, sweet and hardworking people such as Zach.
