“Hi! I wanted to take a second and share some positive feedback for Matt and Keyon at this location. Yesterday was a nightmare for me and they SAVED me. I am a Verizon customer and I have the Iphone 15. I'm also a tourist and was meeting a friend last night for dinner at 5:30. At 4:30, my Iphone died and I didn't bring a charger with me for my beach day. I went to 2 different stores and bought chargers and NEITHER of them worked. By 6:30, I was a hour late and was panicked. I'm staying 2 hours away from St Pete and was very anxious about how I would get home along with missing my dinner plans.I drove around for awhile and finally found both the Verizon store and this location. I ran into the AT&T store and Matt and Keyon probably thought I was a crazy person. I had seashells in my hair and was panicked. I explained the situation and Keyon quickly was able to hook up my phone and get it to charge. After letting me stand there and charge my phone enough to get it to 15%, Matt shared that the chargers were on sale and I was able to buy one and they even let me test it out to make sure it worked. THEY SAVED ME! I was able to meet my friend who I never get to see and GET back to my hotel. Thank you Matt and Keyon! I really appreciated your hospitality and your willingness to help me. “This is the place to go if you need your phone fixed. Tony is technical wizard and extremely professional. I have a Samsung S22 Ultra that was giving me service connection issues for several weeks and Tony was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed the phone immediately. Ignore any bad reviews as I'm confident the staff here would be willing to fix any issues that a crying baby would have over any repairs that were done. The staff here is very professional and patient, even when I was not so patient and very frustrated with my broken phone. This is the only place I will to have any repairs done!”

“Amazing company, stopped in on my lunch break to get a price quote and they offered to fix on the spot. Only took 20 mins start to finish. That was 3 weeks ago and new screen works perfect. Saved me $440. Apple wanted to charge $600 for the same repair due to the back glass having a crack in it.”
“I have had some very disturbing moments since converting my phone lines over to AT&T. The call center and outside sales agent have stressed me to the point of cancellation. Phone calls last a minimum of 3 hours with little progress. I walked in to the AT&T store today and was promptly assisted by Rachel.Rachel LISTENED to my asks and quickly gathered my information for review. After a short period of time, she was able to explain my full account in less than 30 minutes. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of everything I asked. This was a much better experience than talking the call center. Definitely saved me the trouble of moving to another carrier.Thanks again and will return for any future service. “We visited T-Mobile today at 4933 34th St. S. in St. Petersburg, and met with Kervens Jean-Joseph and Quinn Walker. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They solved our problem with switching our service from Xfinity to T-Mobile (no easy task!) for us with patience and efficiency. We highly recommend this store, and these two people in particular.”
