We have always had a great experience, which is why we keep coming back.The 1 guy who works there that looks like Serj Tankian from the band System Of a Down, I can't recall his name, but he is there almost every time I come in to the store or call and he is always super nice and helpful, plus he really knows what he's talking about and not just trying to sell you something. “I had a pretty bad experience here a couple of weeks ago due to large crowds I'd say avoid on weekends at all costs. I've been trying not to go to this one even though it's super close... but I have to say today changed my mind. I ran out to target for no reason (as one does).. I was having a bad afternoon and picked up a few things to head to self check out as I wanted to avoid Human contact. as I was checking out, I was taking a second too long on the machine and the person manning the self check out this short, pink-haired, kind employee came up to me.. i was afraid they might tell me to hurry or something but they simply smiled very kindly at me and asked me how my day has been. Just a simple question and gesture but it was almost as if they knew I was having a rough afternoon and that was why I went to target. Not sure why I am writing this in the parking lot.. maybe so they might get some sort of recognition for customer service? Thank you to that target employee for making my night! it was a very kind encounter and I left smiling :) I'll probably go back to this target next time now !”
