“I've been coming to Pass a Grille for a few years now. I've stayed at a few other places around here but I think Coconut Inn is my favourite. It is in a nice quiet area and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I really appreciate all the amenities provided (pool, bikes, beach towel/chairs/umbrellas). It makes for a nice relaxing vacation when you can just show up and everything you want is there.The staff is friendly and does a good job of keeping the place looking nice. The bathrooms and the rooms themselves are fairly small, but they were clean. The rooms have a small kitchen which is nice if you wanted to make something. The bathrooms/kitchen could probably use an update/remodel but I would say that is one of the only things that could be improved.Overall I've enjoyed when I stayed here and I would gladly come back.”

“Went for a family reunion and had a great time. Wonderful location on the beach with a very nice deck area to view the sunset or just relax. I recommend the Rumrunner at Barefoot Bill's.”

“Was so lucky to find this gem! Found on AirBnB first, but then googled the resort and was cheaper to book directly with them. They are located walking distance to Upham Beach and then Gulf Blvd is a short walk. Close to Jimmy B's and Coconut Charlie's! The suite was huge with enough space for two! Full size kitchen, large living space and a nice side bedroom (nice comfy bed too!).

The one thing I can suggest though, if you are a very light sleeper to bring ear plugs as we were on the first floor and the people above us (I believe just one person), I could hear every step and if he dropped something, it was loud! Next time, I would probably book a 2nd floor one! We hope to be back!!

“Wanted to give props to Courtney. We watched this woman work soo hard all night! She was one of the hardest workers we have seen in a long time! I’ve never seen someone work as hard as her. She should be recognized for her hard work! You can tell that she really cares about her job and everyone she works with. We would also like to call out Devon and Randy who treated us like we were family. They really made us feel like we were at home and were very attentive. Thank you all for making our vacation so amazing! ”

“By far the best vacation of our lives. The rooms were spectacular, the service and friendliness made you feel at home, the views/location were perfect, all of the amenities to both beach house and the Don was awesome, and food and drinks were spectacular.
Tasha our bartender made our stay awesome as well. I’m a tequila kind of girl and there wasn’t much on the menu that appealed to me, she made me this Key Lime Pie drink and it was hands down the best drink I have ever had and wish I could have it here at home haha!

Highly recommend this beautiful place. Condo like rooms, easy beach access, all the amenities. It was perfect.

“I highly recommend the Don CeSar!!!Starting off with the location - it is perfect! It was easy to find and is situated on a pristine white sand beach. The facilities were very well maintained. There are two large heated pools only steps away from the beach. My only complaint with the facilities was the lack of a hot tub - please put one in!! The sunsets here are phenomenal. There is also a rooftop terrace on the pool deck that is a perfect place to watch the sunset if you don't want to get sandy. The Maritana restaurant onsite is INCREDIBLE!! The food was unbelievable and our server Rocco was fantastic. It is definitely a must-visit if you enjoy luxury dining.Our room looked like it was recently renovated and we loved all the details. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only downside to the room was the bathroom was on the small side - not an issue for me but could pose a problem for others. We also required maintenance on our bathroom during our stay and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. Again, I highly recommend staying here!”

“Room was updated and roomy. Partial ocean view with balcony was awesome. Location was perfect, central, walk out to beach. Sunsets were great from the Level 11 outdoor circular rooftop bar. Bar tenders and valet guys were very helpful. Front desk guys should be replaced, they didn’t seem to care at all and made false promises about the broken central elevator getting fixed. I had to take the express elevator to the 11th floor, then walk down a back stairs 2 floors to my room on the ninth floor, even though I asked for a lower floor since I had a lot of metal detecting equipment to carry up and down. The service elevator was always packed and didn’t always stop at my floor.”

“This review is for the cabana day pass as I’ve never been an overnight guest at the resort.

I’ve been to the resort twice on a day pass and throughly enjoyed myself each time. The last time I was helped by a young man named Kevin and he went above and beyond to make sure me and my sister were tended to. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in St. Pete.”
