“Imagine this just moved to new city only been here a few days and 3:00pm on a Saturday and the next day you are driving 5 hours to leave for a cruise and your car is making a never heard before funny noise. Luckily Tuffy CARED! They were super busy but treated us like we were their most valued customer. Gave the car a complete head to toe check and could not find anything wrong. They WOULD NOT take any payment for their service. They will now have a forever customer. (Car stopped making funny noise about 1 hour into drive ?‍♀️)”

And get this: the repair was completely free! I asked multiple times, wondering if I’d missed something, but they explained that it’s their way of doing marketing. They believe that if customers are happy, they’ll come back.

While I was there, I noticed they sell wipers too, so I bought a pair—even though I didn’t really need them yet—just because I wanted to support them.

I took it in and Nick put in quite an effort and elbow grease to work out the rusted screws (literally had to drill them and create new threads!!). He went way above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to take it to the dealership and spend $$$$ to get the holes re-welded. Everyone I came in contact there was also incredibly nice and helpful. We will be using them again!”
