“Seeing these past reviews has me puzzled! This location has always been nothing but professional in anyway. I see these two workers everyday when I get my mail and they work real hard. Always kind, attentive, their knowledge is impressive. I have shipped here and done Amazon returns. I pay for my labels I need printed it’s so convenient because I don’t have a printer. She knew that I was out of town and the office was about to close . She told me where to go to the Walmart to get money order and she told me she will wait for me even though they were ready to close and let me back in to Get my package so that I can catch my flight out of town.”

She was very helpful and showing me how to convert a letter to PDF file so that I could send it and have it printed up. “Normally this spot is great but we recently had an issue with a UPS delivery that went to this "Access Point." Long story short my package was delivered to the store as planned but the location "misplaced" the package. We went to pick it up and the staff said they didn't have it and it must have been "misrouted." Issue is they signed for it. When I asked about the signature I was told the drivers will "presign" for the store. I called the UPS 800 number and they opened a case for me and a local dispatcher called. They said the package was delivered. After alot of worry the location found the package, they had it the whole time and just put it in the wrong spot. When my wife went to get it the following day.. guess what .. they "misplaced" it again. They had to search high and low again, then located the package. I have my stuff now but this was ridiculous. Again, normally this store is good but they need a better handle on the Access Point drop-offs. Also, maybe don't blame the drivers and punt that it was "misrouted."End of the day they only really looked for my item after escalating and me being persistent. Otherwise it was punt to excuses. I wouldn't even think twice if the store took my concern a little more seriously from the outset. Mistakes happen, we all make them. Just take accountability and maybe not brush off the client immediately”

“They're customer service is puts their competitors to shame. It is the only postal service that I will use and this particular UPS Store is the only one I use. The manager is always friendly, very knowledgeable, handles any situation quickly, respectfully & with a smile. I have worked & trained people for 30 yrs so it's hard for me not see everything about customer service. The associates have been well trained, friendly, proficient & especially patient with customers who aren't good or quick with cellphones & computers (I'm that person). I was having trouble with doing the self-serve return process. I didn't even have to look for or ask for help. A young man named Jaden came up and did everything for me, literally! From scanning the barcode, taking dictation typing my reasons for for returning 4 Amazon items, and bagging them up for me. He explained to me that one was set for a return for another vendor and what the charge was. I panicked and asked if he could change it to this store. He didn't hesitate for a second. I gave him my phone, he made the correction, asked me to confirm it and promptly wrapped the package for me. He even smiled & kind of laughed a little because I was thanking him so much for doing all that he did for me. I really am thankful for people in customer service who get it's a one on one human experience. It can easily make or break someone's day. Thank you Jaden and the Manager for MAKING my day & task better.Jayne McCullers : )”

“It's great to find a company that employs fantastic people with great customer service. Ms. Gail and her crew in the printing shop were integral in helping me reach deadlines through the winter season. The website does them no favors by promising quick turnaround--they're almost always at capacity and working right until the last five minutes of the day. Pricing is on par with other printing services. Wish that rewards were stronger and that teachers received a discount. That would really make it worth the extra drive time. This location is just great.”
