“So I'm an idiot when it comes to electrical stuff and scared to death. My wife wanted to hide the cables from the tv and sound bar behind the wall. I wanted mission accomplished, but had no idea how. I went in to Ace and spoke to John in Electrical, trying not to sound like a moron. I explained what I wanted to do, and we shared a chuckle as he showed me the parts needed, as well as giving me an idea of how to do it. I bought what was needed, and went home. I followed John's instructions, and BOOM, the wires were hidden and my wife was happy. Forget Lowe's and Home Depot, I'll stick to my local Ace, who I feel care about me more than the big box places.”

“Went in for help changing the screws on my license plate one day since I noticed the old ones I had it mounted with were quite rusty. I didn't have a screwdriver, but one of the staff was very helpful and came outside with me to my car, used his own screwdriver to unscrew one of the old screws to then check it inside for a compatible alternative, and was then able to help me purchase them and installed them for me on my plate! Very kind and friendly and helpful customer service.”
