“Beautiful place with live oak lined street and beautiful landscapes. Great Restaurant. Only downside is it's about a half hour to beaches and the resort is a bit of a maize.”

“Een oud Florida hotel met charme.Begin mei logeerden we voor 4 dagen in surf and sand.We kregen de kamer welke we geboekt hadden, met zicht op de bay en gelijkvloers kamer nr 7.Eerste zicht toen we binnen kwamen was het netjes.Maar toen we in de badkamer kwamen zagen we grote stukken uit de badkuip.We dachten we gaan toch geen bad nemen en alleen de douche gebruiken dus we laten het voor wat het is.De witte handdoeken waren wel gewassen maar hadden toch geen echt proper uitzicht( geel en dof van kleur)De bedden waren heel netjes en comfortabel.Maar de filters van airco naast het bed waren niet proper. Als je die opzette kwam er veel stof uit dat tot op het bed vloog.Dus lag ik een handdoek op het bed zodat het vuil niet op het bed kon vliegen.Gelukkig moesten we s'nachts geen airco opzetten omdat de nachten aangenaam waren.In de keuken was alles aanwezig om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben.De zetel was een leuk extra.Meubeltjes waren modern en in goede staat.Vloer was ook aan vervanging toe.Zwembad is klein maar ideaal om even in af te koelen.Genoeg stoelen rond zwembad en buiten aanwezig.Rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van de drukte en van het strand.Na dat ik een andere kamer had kunnen zien op het eerste verdiep was ik teleur gesteld over onze kamer.Dus kamer nr 7 heeft dringend wat vernieuwing nodig.Dus bij volgend bezoek vraag ik een kamer die vernieuwing heeft gekregen.En ja, we gaan hier zeker nog logeren. We hebben van ons verblijf genoten en hebben ons proberen niet te storen aan de verouderde kamer.Tot ons volgend verblijf.Chantal en Jack Hoppe”

“Absolutely amazing resort! Easy access to the beach directly across the street. We had a one bedroom suite that was very clean, open and airy. The two balconies were the perfect touch and private. Highly recommend and we will certain be back. The Drift restaurant was delicious as well.”

“The hotel has an excellent location to the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking was free. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. You need to take out the trash yourself, you can get fresh towels from the office if you find an employee there, and the same goes for beach towels. Before arriving, I asked a question about chairs for the beach and was told that they were provided, but in fact there were none. The bathroom is small, especially the shower, very uncomfortable. The bed was a queen size, which is not suitable for sleeping two adults, it was a pain for us.”

“We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in November as a surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, wishing her a happy birthday and even surprising us with a beautiful piece of chocolate cake in our room—such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Our room was on the 9th floor, with a stunning view overlooking the pool, the sea, and the harbor. Watching the sunset from our window was truly magical and added so much to the experience. The room itself was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to.

Throughout our stay, we found the hotel staff to be friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The whole hotel had a great vibe—relaxing and upbeat at the same time.

“The staff at this hotel are amazing. The hotel was clean and quiet even though it was a busy Saturday night. We were helped by the front desk, housekeeping and room service and they all just went above and beyond to make our stay really great. The food from the hotel restaurant was also really good.”

“I stayed at this hotel last week and I highly recommend you to stay there. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Dunedin, Florida. They allowed my boyfriend and I to check in early for a fee of $20, which was reasonable and definitely worth it. This hotel included free Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, handicap accessibility, and free access to the pool and hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked very well and the pool and hot tub were kept in clean and pristine condition. The pool was warm and private with very few guests who utilized it. Additionally, there was a bathroom right outside the pool that we used instead of having to go all the way back to our room to use the bathroom. There were a lot of options available for breakfast, but they didn't have any nondairy options to accommodate guests. I saw a sign that said to ask the front desk for non dairy items, but after I asked, the clerk told me that they ran out of their nondairy milk. This made me a bit disappointed and I didn't enjoy the oatmeal or cereal with the dairy milk. I also couldn't really enjoy the egg omelets which contained dairy cheese. Also, I grabbed an apple which was mostly soft and rotten, so I went through the other ones, but they all were soft. The hotel room was kept in pristine condition with plenty of room. Each night we came back to the hotel with the beds made, the towels, soap, and toilet paper replaced, and the garbage taken out. The room had everything we needed including 2 queen sized beds, a coach, a desk, a chair, a night stand, 2 outlets, air conditioning unit, dresser, ironing board, sink and mirror, microwave, refrigerator, and bathroom with a toilet and shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, shower caps, lotion, and cups. Finally, the clerk at the front desk was very nice. She held our luggages for a bit after we checked out so we could go somewhere nearby without carrying them before our flight.

Nearby activities: One great benefit of staying at this hotel was that I didn't need to rent a car or take ubers to get around. There were plenty of things that were walking distance from the hotel including restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, a tea shop, a museum, parks, churches, karaoke, and a dock that had cruise companies for the public to make reservations for.

Staff was very polite and helpful
When we checked in there was a Latino gentleman. I apologize I forgot his name but he was a very polite and Helpful during check in. He even gave us tips on sightseeing areas.

Next morning an African-American lady
She seemed to be the manager.
She deserves A+ on her managerial skills
We had a small complaint about noisy neighbor during sleeping hours.
She addressed the issue immediately and assured me that it will not happen again.
The remainder of our stay was very pleasant and the midnight noise was not more.

“This place has been year for as long as I’ve been going to Clearwater beach. It’s a small resort but very good service and the rooms are always very clean. The location is amazing as it’s a few feet from the beach. “This is my favorite place for a little staycation. I come here often. I live in Florida, I also tend to staycation in Florida. I was here a few weeks ago for a little me time. Tiffany checked me in, she is awesome! She always remembers me, this stay she had upgraded me to a beach front room. It was amazing. I was able to catch the sunset right from my balcony. The hotel is very clean from the rooms to the pool area. All the staff is very friendly, and helpful. I spent a beautiful day on their private beach. So relaxing. I felt completely safe there, even being solo. I also love that there is so much to do within walking distance. I definitely will continue to take my little getaways here. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Great pool area. Rooms are small but renovated and clean. Would be nice to have more places to hang wet towels, especially the pool towels: we hung them outdoors over the railing to the pool. As has been mentioned, the locks were a nuisance. we ended up just using the key from the lockbox the whole time we were there.Great location. Everything is in walking distance, including the beach.Nice touch: the coffee served in the morning although it would be great to have real mugs and real milk. The environment will thank you as will your guests.Concierge service was excellent and responsive.”
