“We stayed at this motel on a recent family vacation. This place is a true hidden gem. It is a very clean and friendly place to stay. You are within walking distance to the beach and shopping. It seems to be in a very safe part of town with plenty of restaurants close by. I would most definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed everything about this place.”

“Beautiful Pier, lots of neat activities, food, and shops to visit both on the pier and in walking distance! This PIER is huge and goes very far out plus it is only $1 if you want to walk past the shops, onto the fishing part. The store has super cool stuff including items that are very affordable and make great souvenirs!”

“My review reflects the level of hotel it is, which is a good economical option 2 star in a central location.I stay at Holiday Inn Expresses at least 3 or 4 times a month when I am on road trips. I always like tye brand, they are very clean with very friendly staff, and well lit parking lots and good breakfasts. This one is no different. Except that this hotel was the least clean, modern, and enjoyable of the 4 we have stated in this month, and probably of all my stays.The pool was dirty. I understand not many people swimming in January, except us Canadians, and we seam at every other pool except this one. Visible trash and debris. Zero privacy, very open fence with no trees or landscaping of any note right on to parking area and business area buildings, so likely wouldnt have swam if we could (not sure if pool was even open). Area around the hotel was not terribly clean but that's not the hotel staffs fault.The areas inside were very clean. But very very basic, more so than most HIEs. No face soap even, so hand soap for face was only option.TV seemed to be just antenna service so no guide available?It all felt very "come in late, sleep in a good clean bed, move on at 6am" and that has its place - its just not what we expected. I should have stayed where I had stayed 2 weeks earlier down by St Pete's at an IHE for same price and had amazing pool with privacy, hot tub, more amenities, business center, larger breakfast area, Walmart right near by, and more. Lesson learned. Next time I will drive the extra 30min.Slight musty smell under the smell of cleaning products. Just old and small. They are definitely doing the best they can with what they have.Again, staff keep it very clean but it was not worthy of the 4.2 star rating I saw when I compare it to all the other comparable rated HIEs we have stayed in.This review is not a complaint on the hotel. It is just to inform other potential visitors like me who read reviews and may want to know this stuff.”

“Hotel is on the beach in Clearwater. Has 2 heated outside pools. A restaurant & fire bar up on the rooftop over looking the city & golf of Mexico. Very quiet hotel. I gave service 3 stars because when we asked front desk staff for a razor, they said they couldn’t give it to us it had to be brought to our room. The breakfast is very lousy but there are lots of good restaurants in the close walking vicinity. Overall a great stay.”

“I was here for some help with life issues and some learning.I have never felt so cared about and definitely got that people want me to reach my personal goals. I could say so much.The space is beautiful, the people are friendly and REAL, and while I am not a fan of super touristy places, the Church itself is kind of self contained in that regard.It was an incredible visit and I'm very much looking forward to going again and eating every different dessert I can get my hands on in the Garden restaurant!Safety: They take very excellent care of their space, maintaining security for the privacy and safety of their guests and staff. There is also literally a giant police station two blocks away.Walkability: Travel around the area is easy, walkability seems good for me. The church itself has shuttles also.Food & drinks: I cannot describe how incredibly high quality the food was. It was literally five stars, all day, every day.”

““DO NOT PICK HERE ITS DIRTY AND HAS MOLD IN BATHROOMS!!”The smell in room is hard to kill!Mopped floor over and over still DIRTY!A lot of dust in room.Opening door in room had opening at bottom where anything can come in!Told management they seem not to care! “Chase and Cassie were amazing. We came from WI and the Hurricane had hit on our last day of vacation. Cassie upgraded us right away to a king the first day we checked in. Always got fresh warm towels and a clean room when we were out site seeing. If you want a cheap and kind staff defiantly recommend this location.”

You would have more patrons because some of us live here. “Pleasant stay. The hotel is a bit older and in need of a bit of refurbishing (my room door was a bit askew and some items in my room did not work, like 2 lamps). There were stains in some walls and on light bulbs, but the bed was comfortable, wifi was decent and TV signal was solid. There was also a nice fridge and microwave so i could make meals or have a snack as I chose. I was in a first floor room by office and it was quiet at night with good AC. Breakfast was decent with fruit, cereal and some hot foods. For the price, I thought it was a good choice. My only suggestion would be to have someone at the front desk in the morning, as there was quite a line to check in/out and no one there until after 8, which is a bit challenging if you are local and need to get to work. Aside from that, would stay here again.”
