“There are def things that need to be fixed with the company, like any company. Reading all these reviews, I believe communication needs to be improved at the port. BUT I’m hear to highlight the amazing work of dispatching. Specially Danny, Dennis, Nick, and Katie. Nick also has been in importing as well worked at the port. So he’s well rounded, And I’m blown away by his knowledge and willingness to help anyone. My family’s shipping needs have been handled with great care and explained with much detail. Thank you dispatchers for doing your best to help the truckers get their deliveries and thank you specifically Nick for going above and beyond as always.”
