Had never been there before, but found it to be a great place providing mailing, faxing shipping & an array of miscellaneous office supplies. “Chris really came through for me today. I had a return from Amazon, a double stroller, that I could not get to fold back into the box because the stroller was defective. The piece to fold the stroller was not working. I dropped my stroller off and explained the situation to Chris. I am so glad that I did. Somehow, some way, Chris was able to figure out how to fold the stroller, without breaking it, and put it in the box. That is the best customer service I have ever had at a UPS.”

“just want to say this staples is great, they are so nice and kind but I want to say the gentleman who was working the printer area and doing orders on 02/03/23 killed it he was still so kind and honest when he had a long shift ! My order looked like I got it from an actual artist ! And he remembered me calling earlier in the day and even my name (: he was great my order was great and I so love great customer service . I do not mind driving 20 minutes to come to this staples at all. Well done !”

“I had good service here. I needed to find a place where I could have a package shipped and I checked out this place and the nearby UPS Store. When I called the UPS Store the guy on the line was somewhat 'short' with me and didn't seem to have very good command of English. He also said that it would be up to me to keep track of when my package arrived at their store and then I'd have to come and get it right away because if they held the package more than two days then their service fee ($ 5) would double to $ 10.In contrast, when I called Shipping Store and spoke with Stacey (owner) she was very nice on the phone and said that it was their policy to call the customer when their package arrived. I thought this was a much more customer friendly approach and so went with themWell, everything went just as expected. My package arrived and they called me right away. I recommend Shipping Plus for all your shipping and packaging needs!”
