So far I have had a great experience here. Maintenance requests are fixed right away, emails have been replied with any inquiry, I love the apartment and the amenities. I have to give special mention to Natalie who has been wonderful from day 1, as well as Sara and Katie.

I've lived here 8 years now. My AC Circuit Board burned UP during COVID 19 and ANTONIO the AWESOME MAINTENANCE DUDE had me UP AND RUNNING IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!

I can’t wait to explore the trails and kayak the river here. The pool has a great view especially at night with the sunsets on the Alafia river. Sara showed us around, she is nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend you ask for her when touring the property.
