I scheduled an appointment for highlights two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the salon was understaffed and could only accommodate a haircut. The receptionist's response was curt, stating that it was the only service available. It appears there may have been a change in management, as my previous stylist is no longer with the establishment. Regrettably, I cannot endorse this salon any longer.

Zero stars! Waited 15 mins. Not even a courtesy of the hairstylist is running behind. Front girl was unprofessional. Walked in and she was texting on her phone. Didn’t even know I was standing there. Told the guy I wanted to cancel. All he could say was “I see you’ve been waiting there for little, would you like to reschedule”. Would not recommend!

I have been coming to see Eli for about 2 years. I love how he listens to what I want. I have course Asian hair and he transformed my hair to a beautiful blond. I would definitely Recommend him!

The Riverview location is great, next to Panera. I've been coming here for a couple of years and can't say enough good things about Tara! She saw the vision for me from our first meeting and the cut and color are beautiful! The whole crew is welcoming, great vibe, easy parking, nice selection of small gift items. I recommend checking this place out and ask for Tara!
