“Yesterday I went to the Big Bend/301 location for account statement copies. This may seem like a standard request, however, as the accounts are now closed, I was informed that online access cannot be granted per bank policy. Thankfully, I was being assisted by Michael. After confirming my personal details, he went above and beyond to explain the process and assist. Unfortunately, (through no fault of his) he was unable to provide me with all of the requested statements as they dated beyond the seven year threshold. Michael was more than gracious by ensuring he provided me with statements within 7 years of age. And assured me I could come back if I needed anything else.
Meanwhile, he noticed I was with my young niece and shared with me a variety of information/accounts that could be beneficial to her future financial literacy. Throughout the experience, he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the best of a situation beyond his control. This was by far, my best interaction with any Bank of America branch, thanks wholly to Michael.”
“First…I don’t understand why this bank’s rating and reviews aren’t higher!! I just went there to get a bank check and was anxious of whether or not I would even be able to make my transaction. I currently don’t use Chase, but my name is on one of my adult children’s account. I came around noon, there was a line, and this very personable woman came out (Jennifer, Bank Manager) and started “directing traffic” to make sure customers were cared for asap! And, wow!! After a very short wait in line, I was assisted by Vivian, teller (not sure correct spelling-sorry), and I was able to walk out within minutes!! I successfully completed the transaction that I came in to handle!! Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing!! Too many financial institutions seem to come up with reasons why they cant help you. Yeah, I know banking rules and regulations-just tired of it all and makes you want to stay away from mainstream ways of doing business! Just moved here and once I transfer all my accounts-this is going to be my bank!! Thank you for making it a GREAT day Ladies!!”

13140 US-301, Riverview“Unfortunately, my wife and I had to make an appointment to correct an issue that another Wells Fargo banker in Idaho did. The worst part was that we have never dealt with a wells Fargo banker in Idaho. We have never been to Idaho. The Wells Fargo banker (Ute Riley) at the Summerfield location in Riverview was able to find out what happened, what banker caused the error, how it was done, and how to correct the issue. This error was completely Wells Fargo's faults and we could not done anything to prevent it. I will say that the issue should never have been able to be accomplished by another banker that we have never dealt with. However, Ute Riley is our new go to if we need any assistance in the future.”
