I was having an issue and I was very upset and called a plethora of times within the past 2 weeks and I was not nice most of the times (I did apologize to her for that afterwards) But nevertheless she was so patient, so kind and her temperance never changed no matter how much my voice escalated, showed excellent restraint and compassion. She resolved my issue with a smile. She deserves an award, because she is phenomenal, she should teach a class on customer service and person to person interactions.”
