“I didn't try the number, so cannot speak to the other reviews that the phone was disconnected, but they had my reservation as expected, and the employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful! (Despite being 11:30pm after a delayed flight). Uses the same cars as Avis and Budget rental agencies. Can't ask for much more for a cheap car rental”

“We had made a reservation with enterprise but upon arriving were told no cars were available. What’s the point of a reservation? Anyway, Damon at Hertz was the only helpful person out of all the different rental companies there. Even though we were a walk-in at Hertz, and he was on a tight reservation schedule and a low amount of vehicles, he was able to save us. Damon went above and beyond to help us rent a car when we really needed it and I want him to know he is appreciated!”

“Agent Yvette B. was extremely polite knowledgeable and helpful with my reservation. For some reason my res didn’t retain the info for this recent trip. I rented in October of 23 and also have another res later this month . She quickly restored my info and Yvette fixed my acct so I won’t have any issues with my upcoming rentals. She was quick and efficient I was on my way with no delay.Upon return Agent Lenny was a great helpin getting me checked out and off to my flight. He helped get my luggage out of the trunk and took my old water bottle and coffee cup for me.
