“My pickup experience was not-so-great (vehicle on empty, backup camera not functioning-not disclosed) but the manager was very accommodating when we returned the vehicle and made concessions that made up for any issues we encountered. We will definitely do business with them again because they do value their customers.**** one year later (7/2022), another rental and experience was excellent. Service person was great, vehicle was clean and in working order and return was simple and easy.
