I was in a bind with a customer’s 2018 GMC Sierra that needed a rear differential (3.42 ratio, G80 locker) FAST. New was $3,800 and weeks out. Every other salvage yard either didn’t have it, wanted insane money, or tried to sell me the wrong ratio. I called MSB Used Auto Parts and Doug answered. Told him what I needed, and in under five minutes he found the exact unit pulled from a low-mileage 2019 with only 28k on it – tested, clean, no noises, complete with everything still attached.
He beat everyone else’s price by almost half, sent me detailed photos and a video of it spinning on the bench before I even said yes, and had it on a truck the same day with next-day delivery. When it showed up it was cleaner than some “new take-offs” I’ve bought. Plugged it in, no issues, truck’s been hammering ever since.

He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished.
