“We had a broken leaf spring hanger on our 5th wheel trailer. Daniel the owner was awesome!!!! I came to see him Monday morning with my issue. I wanted to upgrade something’s while it was in getting the spring hanger repaired. We set up a appt for that Friday. Daniel did a great job he welded new stronger better leaf spring hangers, and installed new leaf springs, he also installed my new MORryde CRE3000 suspension system with grease fittings. We dropped the rv off first thing in the morning and it was ready for pickup by 1pm. And all at a very fair price. Thank you Daniel for your kindness and great job. He knows his trailers! We are very pleased.”

“I wish it was easier to make an appointment. Twenty minutes is too long. I got transferred and cut off. Then I had to call 2 more times. Rarely will a service advisor call you back. The service was a 5, but making an appointment is ridiculous. This is a constant problem.Sales department was excellent and efficient. Steve was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He is a 5 star employee.”
