The staff is friendly, the store is neat and clean. But the amount of time you have to wait on line when you go to pick up medication or to purchase any is ridiculous. CVS needs to hire more people. It's clear that customer service is not on the top of the list for CVS.

If you're not going to Staff and run your pharmacy maybe you should make it self-service or close down.

Great selection and always helpful people there- I saw the young lady at cashier helping an elderly couple. She was so kind and patient! I used self checkout which I feel CVS does better than most!
