He is very kind and also allowed me to take some photo's on my visit today so I could post them with this review.To me, the best part of an owner operated store is how your treated like family. I really enjoy going here!Met Mart has a wide variety of Merchandise just like other Convenience stores such as.....Lottery, Alcohol (beer and wine only), Sodas, juices, candy, chips (even some unique chip's, see my photos).In addition to food related items you can also buy........T-shirts, Vapes, Sunglasses, Watches, costume jewelry, some greeting cards and even phone chargers.They also accept EBT! ?”

“Wawa's are popping up every where and with good cause! Maybe the gas is a little cheaper but the lines at this station aren't what I'd wait for BUT the food is good. We just wanted a little something-like good hot dog. No hot dogs here but maybe other Wawa's?!? So I ordered a custom salad with 3 lettuces, chef salad and it was great. As good as any restaurant and nice big size...as a custom with extras with was $9.20 or so but I thought worth it. My husband ordered an Italian sub and when we sat down to eat his was dry...no dressing at all. So he took back in to ask for dressing and he came back all happy....they were very apologetic and made him another sandwich and said "new system wasn't showing all condiments as requested". Wish we had a Wawa near us!”

TRULY AMAZING (or even GOOD) customer service is getting harder to find now-a-days. You will want to keep going back because this is the kind of service that creates loyal customers.**My Customer Service Experience Below**Anecdote:I had some questions, but I was calling from another state. I hadn't had any luck after calling many different businesses, but Travis was the man who, even while extremely busy, took the time to answer the phone (politely with a smile, I could hear it) listened patiently, and then answered the questions he was able to while also providing me with additional information he felt could further help me with the inquiries I had.I could tell in the background it was very busy, but he didn't rush me or make me feel bad for calling---he made me feel as important as any other guest who walked through the door. Travis was polite and asked me nicely if I would mind holding so he could help his other guests.I could HEAR how busy he was and he was super fast, efficient (from what I could tell/hear) and even quickly joking with guests and making them feel awesome and appreciated! He was very helpful to others (even made it easier for some to get in and out faster during this rush by giving suggestions of quicker ways to check out).I am listening to this in the background. I could tell from just the tone of his voice and what he was doing/multi-tasking that he is a genuine, kind person who CARES about his career, other people and how to treat them.Customer Service Rockstar!THANK YOU, TRAVIS!!You really made a difference in my life today.”

“Store is usually clean (restrooms, too, well, the one I use; can't vouch for the other.) Hot food usually fresh, though discontinues earlier each day than I'd like. Friendly-enough crew that's pretty good at knocking down long lines when they form.Only ussue for me is the pumps too often fail to read any of my chipped bank cards. I've accepted that I cannot buy fuel here (the cards work everywhere else I go.)”

“The staff are so polite and kind. I am a regular at this specific store (its only 3 minutes from where I live possibly less) who is developmentally disabled and lives in a group home yet they always go the extra mile to smile and help me and my less high functioning members of the house feel comfortable and they always accommodate our disabilities when we come. For instance some of us have trouble counting and it makes my day to see them not treated rudely or rushed because of their disabilities. I think the staff here are exemplary and very patient and we need more people in customer service like them.”
