“Betsy did a great job explaining how to switch my business checking account to earn 5% interest without any fees - my current business account with a national bank charges me $16 a month, although the business doesn't make a lot right now and I don't get any interest. iThink Financial definitely offered the best deal possible. Although I didn't switch right away, Betsy faithfully followed up and started a savings account with only $5 to be able to be a part of the credit union. I had to wait a little to see her, but that's what I have to do at my regular bank as well. No problem with this bank so far.”

“I came in today with a horrible issue. A mobile deposit I made on 11/22 was not clear enough in the image, so PNC deducted the check amount today and cause me to be negative over -$700. I am a single mother and do not have a savings of money for a rainy day. So being in the negative the day before Thanksgiving means that we wouldn't be able to buy Thanksgiving dinner. JASMIN helped me for quite a while trying to remedy the situation. She was so kind and empathetic. She went above and beyond for me and comforted me when I was told they couldn't release my funds. My phone calls to the Customer Service line was terrible, but JASMIN helped me see the positives and encouraged me before I left. THANK YOU JASMIN, I DON'T THINK YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR KINDNESS MEANS TO ME. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)”

“Teresa, of TD Bank was very help today, 06FEB2025 at the 8000 S U.S. Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL location.

She helped us request an IRA CD reansfer from an out of state to this PSL bank (making things easier for my 86 year-old Dad). She also helld change the POD beneficiary to his newly established Trust.

I live in another state and Bank almost exclusively online.

TD bank and Teresa, provide that small town personal experience that is missing with most businesses today. We hane visitors rhos kovaton a few times in the past two weeks and I was pleased to see they know my Dad by name when he walks in and he is not as major player!”

“I had to reorder a debit card because mine was compromised. I had been trying to get one from the Truist on US 1 and PSL Blvd. For 2 months! They are slow at that bank, rude and I just truly don’t think they know what they are doing. After 2 months I decided to try the bank in Tradition. OMG what a difference. I walked up to the teller and was telling her my situation, I was almost in tears. A lady from behind the teller immediately said come to my office I will take care of this , her name was Melissa!!! 11 days later I had my new debit card.! I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the bank in Tradition!!! Thank you Melissa!!”

She is a great banking advisor. This location in St James is primarily for appointments only. There are no tellers. It is conveniently located in a Publix Plaza having sufficient parking for the traffic it drives in. It is equipped with an outside ATM.”

“Wells Fargo is a good bank. However, I used to be in banking, and I don't like the way that they have the lobby part set-up for you to see a banker. Half the time there isn't anyone even there!! Ist just not set-up as customers come first, in my opinion. The main way of communicating is the teller line. It used to be the customer service reps that would take you to the teller after you opened your account. I just think it's a waste of time to have to go through the teller line and wait, when I need a mortgage or something like that!!! The tellers are very friendly and professional, but I just wish that they would do something else with the other part of the bank. I've been with them for over 20 years now, and I guess that I'm saying that I haven't liked the changes since 2020. It's not about the customer anymore at all, when it used to be the customer was always right. They should at least have someone who could answer questions and direct people where they need to go.”

“BankThis Chase location is convenient for me and the few times I have ventured in there for transactions that required people, I was not disappointed. The people working here are exceedingly nice and very helpful. They are happy to work with you and I do not feel like I am just a dollar sign to a bank.Location is always clean and depending on the day / hour, you can typically get in and out in short order. ATM in the lobby and there is a drive up version as well.Give them a whirl if in the area.”

“Yesterday my 88 year old father and I had a wonderful experience at this branch with the help of Rubi and Joe. My father recently moved here and needed his accounts updated. They went out of their way to help us handle updating those accounts and making sure that his cards were working properly when we left. We can’t thank them enough for making this experience a pleasure and we look forward to banking at this branch in the future.”
