“This is the branch i go to 90% of the time. I primarily use the ATM's, but I've been inside a couple times.The outdoor private ATM room is a little run down and musty, but you can tell they do the best they can with maintaining it. A closed in glass walled room in the Florida humidity is going to have a little damp odor no matter what you do.When I'm inside, I've always been greeted, and the tellers have always been polite. Two of the times i went in was so I could play the shortage on my escrow, and both times the tellers weren't 100% sure how to notate it so it wasn't processed as a payment to principle. Both times they apologized, and got on the phone to have someone walk them through it. I felt like this was excellent service. They didn't pawn me off on someone else or tell me 'it can't be done in person', they said they weren't sure and involved someone who was. That's an A+I knocked off a star because every time I need to go inside, despite it being busy (10+ in line) there's only 2 or 3 of the teller windows open (along with drive-thru). If the lines moved quick, it wouldn't be an issue, but they don't. It took me 30 minutes from entry to exit the last time. I feel that they should schedule more tellers for the busy times (opening, lunch, after 4), though I understand that's not always possible.Overall I'm pretty happy with TD in general, and this branch specifically.”
