    When I called yesterday afternoon to put in my ostomy supplies order Todd in customer service was very helpful to get my supplies out to me very quickly

    *Customer service sometimes very friendly and easy to deal with sometimes not.*Billing vague at best if there is an issue.*Products shipped in a timely manner but if there is an issue the pick upand return they are 0 for 2.*Customer service reps. knowledge of products sometimes spot on sometimes not.

    We have been ordering ileostomy supplies for 3 years. ABC has always called us when our 90-day supply is due to be re-ordered. If we aren't home, they leave a message, as well as call us the next day. Always friendly and helpful, and orders are shipped promptly.
