“Great atmosphere. Lots of machines and free weights. Great price, and I like that I can bring a friend in to workout for free!My only negative is that there is little to no gym etiquette when it comes to the customers. This isn't a slight against the gym, but the people here have no issue just inviting themselves into my sets, when I'm clearly using the weights or machines! I ALWAYS ask anyone near any machine or weight I'm going to use if anyone is using it before I use it.”

I’ve been going for about 9 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results I am seeing. I’m stronger and faster and I’ve learned so many new skills. The community is great. Deb is great. It’s worth every penny!”
“About 18 months ago at age 67 I decided to re-establish an exercise regime. I had attended a gym in Port Charlotte now called “Second Chance Gym” over 2 decades ago. I thought I would visit and give them a second chance. I was not disappointed. Jordan now manager of the gym was very pleasant and knowledgeable concerning fitness and specifically how to incorporate all the machines and free weights there into a program that would suit the physical needs for my specific age bracket. Jordan placed me with a trainer named Alex who has greatly helped my sore body to loose weight, regain some badly needed flexibility and gain back some lost strength. All in all I am very pleased with what this staff of professionals and equipment has done to help me rejuvenate my aging body.”

The staff and members were very kind, helpful and instructive and the workout was fantastic! I can’t wait to start coming here regularly. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!! :)”

“Fabulous Organization makes you feel like you're part of a real community. Open seven days a week, tons of programs, engaging trainers, even a little bunny rabbit if you want to visit! (it resides in the Kidzone) Free coffee and tea plus often donations from the member's gardens like avocados and mangos can be found on the benches out front. No excuse not to work out with this place in your back pocket. Always makes me smile when I go there. Has a scholarship program if you can't afford the monthly dues. Ask at the desk for the forms. Events all year long including the Halloween Trunk or Treat, Les Mills launch parties, get fit challenges that earn you a T-shirt after so many consecutive workouts, and health fairs.”
“I'm in town for work, so I thought I would come work out with a friend who has a membership. The place is excellent how corporate like it. The machines are all updated and working. No complaints whatsoever. They had many tvs and many options to watch. They have rules for everyone safety so that always good...”
“Totally a wonderful place! It is clean and modern. The entire staff is nice, professional, knowledgable and caring. They have an entire workout center that you can even join after PT. I would highly recommend!”
