“This gym was excellent. We visited the town for three days and were able to get the first day free with minimal cost for extra days. They have a great outdoor space in the back and all equipment you could need for any style or type of workout.”

“I went during Thanksgiving weekend, so I can't fully review based on 1 visit when it was mostly cloudy and in the high 60s to low 70s temps. What I can tell you is that the sand is a mix of soft white and black sand. There are a lot of large rocks along the shore's edge, which look beautiful as the waves come in. Hubby and I were there to walk and relax in our beach chairs. Everyone else seemed to be working hard to find sharks' teeth like they were worth gold. I must admit, I spent about 10 min kicking around the wet sand to see if I found anything. I found a handful of medium-large shells, but no shark teeth. Will update this review after visiting in the warmer months.”

“My family and have spent the last 2 summers in Englewood, FL. My daughter and myself enjoy working out and she also plays competitive volleyball so we were looking for a place to “keep her conditioned”. Body Shaping Fitness is a stellar facility and have always been very accommodating to me and my family. Nicole is super nice and very helpful. The equipment and especially the bathrooms have always been very clean and everyone picks up after themselves. I highly recommended this gym to anyone.”
