I was getting frustrated after I visited 2 other branches earlier that could not/would not help with something as simple as opening a credit card. Jason, the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and also got me to think about some things that I hadn’t even considered. While I was in this branch I also saw another teller go out of his way to help the customer in front of me, but I didn’t catch his name. Keep doing what y’all are doing! And thanks again!”

“Like the bank, but they open at 9 and close at 5 so i have to take off work if i have banking needs that can't be resolved with an ATM or on line. They don't have Saturday hours including the drive through. Only 1 branch in the whole county. But i never had an issue as far as my account is concerned.”

“Friendly 11 months ago great service. Now- oct 2023 you cant get any help in the lobby. 1 person to wait on 6 people needing help. Ridiculous. Wait time is literally an hour for services that cannot be completed online or in drivethru. Tried an appointment- still waited 30 minutes, and no one even asked or cared that we had an appointment.”
