“We had a great experience with Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte. After I did my homework on YouTube as to how to negotiate with dealers, I let regional dealerships know what I was looking for. I emphasized I was looking for an Out-the-door price. Most just replied with their sticker price and all the add-on fees. Harbor gave me a great offer immediately. Thanks to Jerome and Grady, I was able to understand all the different fees and eliminate items I did not want. They were able to assure me I could finance through Nissan, my credit union, or pay cash without changing the OTD price. After I made my decision to go with Harbor, the other dealers were offering me discounts from their initial prices. They still didn't match Harbor's price, and I realized Harbor wasn't trying to let others do the negotiation for them. They gave me an honest low price without playing games. When we met them at the showroom to pick up my truck, we were treated well by the entire staff. I recommend them without reservations.”
