Hilbert & Rich we're extremely helpful with my sewage issue. I had no clue how to use this rental equipment but they went above and beyond training me and teaching me all the safety aspects and how to. Absolutely five star customer service!! Too bitch managerial qualities!!

Great Staff, Guys/Gals streamline your needs. They even went as far as loading the buffer in my truck! The Customer Service Counter was great had a good chat with them. Friendly workers in the aisles(Young Lady w Green hair, very personable/helpful, nice attitude, great Store!

I rented a sewer machine. They checked it before I took it home,to use. It was fine, but after 10 min, the cable stop spinning. Making the machine useless. I called them up, and they bumped me up to better machine. At same price. Everything worked out well. Thanks HD
