“Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the work - they're lovely, professional, and have great integrity. Thank you!”

“I went to this facility looking for a special "corner blind' hinge. I had already been to Imeca where I purchased a dubious hinge where they failed to give me all the parts and the screws to the hinge. Then I went to Specialty Hardware. Here, I got a hinge that was very similar however, they weren't sure. Finally, I landed at Hardware Imagination-Tech. Here, Technician Randy was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He confirmed which hinge could work and gave me the parts and screws needed. Hard to believe that the other places did not include the parts and screws. Randy took the time to show me the difference between the hinges and how each would fit and then said that if I needed help, he would install it for me. Very Helpful.”

“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“Organized and laid out similarly to other THD's, Dad knew exactly what he wanted and we found it in the right places. It was helpful that there's a "template" in the nuts and bolts area where we could test the widget and measure it to the right size. One thing we wanted is no longer being sold anywhere. We even reached out to the manufacturer and they don't make it anymore - a 6 inch shelf bracket. So we're still hunting around for those. “We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
