“The experience at the bank was overall pretty good except for the fact that I got there at 9 AM and there was already a line of about 20 to 25 people standing there ready to either cash a check or have help with their account (granted it was a Friday morning). The employees, once I was able to get to one, were very friendly and helpful as far as guiding me in the right direction is what I needed to do and solving the situation that I had on hand.”

“I've never had to wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes to do my banking at a Teller window at this location, unlike the location on Oakland Park Blvd, which can have over 30 minute waits... Never crowded, clean, Tellers are polite and quick. I wish they still had drive-thru's open, especially now during the pandemic.”
“Several weeks ago I went in to open an account. I met with TJ and was impressed with his professionalism. He explained to me all the options for the various accounts and credit cards available and answered all of my many questions without rushing through the answers. I am very happy with this bank, with TJ's service and the other tellers the couple of times since that I've visited. Thank you guys!”
