“Very disappointed. I’ve been taking vehicles here for 10 years to get alignments. Took my dad’s truck there and they failed to align it, told us it was aligned, left the steering wheel misaligned, and killed the battery in his truck. I will not be coming back, and they have lost my recommendation. If I could I would give negative stars.
Edit, Dana the service manager took action and matters into his own hands. He accepted responsibility and made things right with my dad’s truck. Much respect for Dana and his desire to make sure his customers are treated correctly.”

“I would like to give thanks to the assistant manager, Kimberly for her kindness. After testing my car battery and offering me a drink it was 9:00 pm and the store had to close. She kindly waited with me for the tow truck in the parking lot for another 50 minutes until 9:50 so I would not be alone in the dark. She had a 30 minute drive herself to get home and it was a messy rainy night. I am sure that she was very tired after work. How sweet is that!”
