“After driving my car to a neighbors house, the car wouldn't start. After a few phone calls telling me that they didn't work on my vehicle, I was recommended to Empire. I had the car towed there on Wednesday and the repair was done and i had the car back on Friday The problem with the car turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. They also performed diagnostics and suggested some additional service which included an air filter and a brake fluid flush. I was sent a written estimate and pictures. They were very through. I would definitely go back there if I required any service.”

“I was in the market to trade in my car for a pickup recently. I went to a few dealerships in hopes of test driving an f150 Tremor. The first dealership I went to the staff were subpar and made me wait for 2 hours before telling me that they could not locate the vehicle I was trying to test drive. After a week of poor communication with them I looked elsewhere. I went to Chuck at the Winter Haven Ford the following weekend to be greeted by a friendly, and not overbearing sales staff. I was immediately shown and test drove the truck I ended up buying not 2 weeks later. I fully recommend this dealer and thank Chuck for his excellent service.”

“O O O O'Riley auto parts! This store was clean and accessible. Friendly old guy at register. No paper funnels here. The guy said the store doesn't let them have them. We got 2 quarts of motor oil. Our jeep loves it! It was not busy at 9:36. They have fire extinguishers here. They offer lots of supplies. You could get everything to change your oil here. They sell little Joe's car air fresheners.”
