The Amtrust team of Erica and Candy were super helpful. Erica and Candy made what could have been a difficult experience a relatively painless one. They went out of their way (beyond expected customer service) to explain things carefully, and to help me through the cumbersome and puzzling procedures.”

“I had a very positive experience today at this Wells-Fargo branch! I arrived on a Friday, just a bit before the walk-in hours ended, and there was a line. But I noticed the two tellers were friendly and upbeat in working with the waiting clients. When it was my turn it was close to 5pm. I was helped by Angela, who was still smiling, and who apologized for the less than 10 minute wait. I had a rather time-consuming transaction, and I know I would not have been thrilled if I was the teller having this show up at closing time. But Angela not only showed no hint of irritation, but instead was quite personable and cheerful. She was also quite helpful and efficient. Her demeanor was contagious. I left feeling happy, and grateful for such a good example of how I should treat others.
Now, a few further notes: (1) This branch is apparently being renovated and the tellers' area was barren, which one might expect to be stressful for the employees, but if they were stressed, it didn't show. (2) The other teller seemed equally good, efficient but at the same time friendly with the clients. She and Angela apparently know their regular clients, and greet them by name. At one point Angela gave a quick "hi" to a client the other teller was helping.

The team at this branch were very helpful in assisting me with what I needed done. The manager, Netuu, was very knowledgeable and empathetic, as was Alberto, the banker who assisted me. Alberto went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I needed and was very pleasant and respectful in helping me understand why part of my request could not be granted. I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism overall.”

However, the lines were long but I was able to talk to a customer service representative fairly quickly. The customer service rep at the desk was nice and helped me. He was super nice and it really helped me reconsider my option to close my banking account with BOFA. I liked how accommodating and friendly they were and it made my visit very quick.
