Very disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars. I walked in and was not greeted, but the teller sitting behind the desk never offered any assistance. I came to the office specifically for help and received none. Extremely rude and unhelpful experience. I came on my lunch and was never helped.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only thing worse than the ridiculous incompetence of the “online support staff” for the website - is the staff that works inside this branch.

Trying to get ahold of the manager for almost 4 weeks now without result. I am a gold status member but I guess nobody cares.
