Service is beyond slow compared to the one down the street on pine island.

Nobody answers the calls, the customer service is very bad, nobody gives you an answer to the questions, they tell you to do everything online or on the Internet and it's not the only one, all the chees happen the same thing, they never have a person to help you can advise
