I have been dealing with banks and finance people my entire life in many different places.
Yanet actually took the time to treat me like a human and not a number. Very rare to find actually good customer service at a bank.

I didn't have an appointment but was helped quickly by the young woman at the front desk. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. It was a very nice experience. I've been there before and I've always been treated with respect and given all the help that I needed.

Visited the Plantation branch yesterday and we received fantastic service. Alex, Yanet and Adam were super helpful and professional! They helped my elderly dad with care.
