Edwin is THE MAN! He'll pull out all his tools to help you get the best deal he can and take very good care of you. Won't go to any other metro. Even if it's a trip...call first and make sure he's there. Amazing customer service.

For once when visiting this location they were not busy on the phone instead of taking care of customers. The clerk was friendly and answered my questions.

Walked in with a non working phone got helped trying to resolve the issue but ended up leaving with a new phone
