The entire property is clean, with spotless common areas and the maintenance team clearly works hard to clean up spills or pet accidents as soon as possible. The pool and fitness center are top-notch amenities I know will add to my quality of life and my apartment is elegantly designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light.
The staff is professional and always helpful, making life here seamless and enjoyable.”
“We recently moved into the mile and absolutely love it! Literally 1/2 block from miracle mile you can’t beat the location. Nick, Allison and the whole staff are always very friendly, accommodating and helpful with any requests we have. Apartments are beautiful with tile floors modern finishes and maintenance staff addresses requests very quickly. The property is always kept clean and the amenities are great. Would highly recommend the Mile!”

“Words cant explain how welcoming the staff is, especially Lazaro. I called him multiple times throughout the renting procedure and he was very friendly and professional. The ladies in the leasing office are very busy but, always took time to help me out with all my questions. Lazaro made the process to rent very easy and I appreciate him amd everyone so much. “I love this area and the views from the apartments are beautiful. Apartments are spacious and the balconies are huge! I have a few friends who have moved here and they love it. Every time I go to visit the check in process is easy and the front desk team is very nice. Elevators are a bit too slow and often get stuck + some of the hallways seem to be not well kept but other than that the building is very nice. The gym is huge and has everything you need for a full workout + you can enjoy the most breathtaking view while you're at it!”

“Very accommodating. Our general issues are always met with swift action and resolved with respect. We have lived here for 4 years and have never experienced horrible management. Assistant manager Ely took care of our situation very quick and everyone else in the office does their absolute best to solve our apartment problems. The maintenance team have always taken care of the apartments when requested. Great place to live at and wonderful neighborhood.”
