As always, my husband and I praise the maintenance team in Mirador. Their responsiveness and effectiveness are genuinely outstanding. They are so courteous every time we meet them, even when walking our dog. We have known Luis for the longest, and Mirador is very lucky to have him.

The tour of the amenities and apartment was great. Lorena had a great attitude and had no issues answering all of my questions. Both her and the manager even went out of their way to physically check the availability of an apartment I was interested in. I can tell customer service is at the forefront of all they do.
